SAVOURY MUFFINS<br />
1¼ cup self raising flour<br />
65g butter, melted<br />
1 egg, lightly beaten<br />
½ cup buttermilk<br />
½ teasp paprika<br />
2 rashers crispy bacon, chopped<br />
½ cup grated cheese<br />
½ cup diced tomato, seeded<br />
1. Sift flour into bowl.<br />
2. Add melted butter, egg, milk and paprika and mix well.<br />
3. Add bacon, cheese and tomato; stir into mixture.<br />
4. ¾ fill silicone muffin cups or greased muffin pan and bake in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven on 2cm rack, HI for<br />
20mins.<br />
Serve warm.<br />
