Ingredients<br />
8 pre-soaked bamboo skewers<br />
600g ling fillets, cubed<br />
Moroccan Spice Rub<br />
2 tsp lemon pepper<br />
1 tsp paprika<br />
½ tsp ground turmeric<br />
½ tsp ground coriander<br />

Method<br />
Make Moroccan spice rub:<br />
1. Combine lemon pepper, paprika, turmeric and coriander in a glass or ceramic bowl.<br />
2. Add fish, toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours, if time permits.<br />
3. Thread fish onto skewers.<br />
4. Bake in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven on 10cm rack, power level HI, for 6-8 minutes or just cooked through<br />
(do not over cook).<br />
A healthy delight with a crisp garden salad!<br />
