KIM’S SOY SALMON<br />
2 fresh salmon fillets, about 2½ cm thick<br />
1 tbsp ketjap manis (a sweet Indonesian soy sauce available from the Asian section of your<br />
supermarket)<br />
1 tbsp soy sauce<br />
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce<br />
1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated<br />
1tbsp lemon or lime juice<br />
1. Mix together ketjap manis, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, grated ginger and lemon or lime<br />
juice.<br />
2. Coat salmon fillets with sauce mixture and place in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven on baking paper on 10cm<br />
rack.<br />
3. Bake in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven, 15mins or until cooked through (this will depend on the thickness of<br />
the salmon).<br />
