GARLIC PRAWN ROLLS<br />
6 small par-baked French bread rolls<br />
75g unsalted butter<br />
2 cloves garlic, crushed<br />
1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped<br />
½ kg cooked & peeled small prawns (green prawns can be used – see note below)<br />
1. Make cut lengthways in the top of each bread roll.<br />
2. Melt butter with garlic together, stirring, in a small pan. *<br />
3. Remove from heat and use a pastry brush to brush the insides of the rolls with some of the<br />
garlic butter.<br />
4. Add parsley to garlic butter and then stir in prawns.<br />
5. Fill each roll with the prawn mixture and place on 10cm rack.<br />
6. Bake in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven for 5-6mins.<br />
Serve hot.<br />
* If using green prawns, add them to the melted garlic butter and cook, stirring until just done.<br />
