FILO WRAPPED SALMON WITH GREEK<br />
YOGHURT & DILL DRESSING<br />
1 Salmon fillet<br />
3 sheets filo pastry (which has been sprayed with canola oil)<br />
Large dollop of greek yoghurt with fresh dill added<br />
1. Wrap salmon in the filo to make a parcel.<br />
2. Bake in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven on 10cm rack, level 10 for 8mins; turn and brown other side for about<br />
4mins.<br />
3. Serve with dollop of greek yoghurt with dill and hot chips (can be cooked at the same time)<br />
