CHICKEN PARMESAN<br />
4 x 180g boneless/skinless chicken breasts – FROZEN<br />
Italian dressing<br />
Seasoned bread crumbs<br />
250g grated pizza cheese<br />
Grated parmesan to taste<br />
½ cup pasta sauce<br />
1. Combine seasoned breadcrumbs with grated parmesan.<br />
2. Dip chicken pieces in Italian dressing and roll in bread crumbs.<br />
3. Place on 10cm rack and <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> 13mins per side (or until done).<br />
4. Open oven and spoon sauce on each piece and sprinkle with cheese.<br />
5. <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> for 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden.<br />
6. Remove chicken from oven and allow chicken to rest for about 5-10 minutes before cutting.<br />
For a low-cal version try using low-fat Italian dressing and light mozzarella in place of the pizza cheese – both<br />
versions will delight!<br />
