FILLET OF PORK<br />
with CHILLI MANGO COULIS<br />
1 pork fillet<br />
Fresh ground salt<br />
Coulis<br />
1tbsp sweet chilli sauce<br />
1 fresh mango<br />
1 small red chilli, sliced & de-seeded<br />
1. Place pork fillet on 10cm rack of <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven and bake on HI for 20mins, turning halfway.<br />
2. In <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> Twister place mango, chilli sauce and chilli. Pulsate until pulped and combined.<br />
3. Serve warm pork slices with coulis and a fresh salad.<br />
Amazingly quick to prepare, healthy and delicious!<br />
