NUWAVE STYLE MUSHROOMS<br />
Ingredients:<br />
12 large closed cup mushrooms<br />
¼ cup ricotta cheese<br />
½ cup fresh spinach<br />
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated<br />
1 garlic clove<br />
½ small onion<br />
2 tbsp vegetable stock<br />
Method:<br />
1. Pop the stems out of the mushrooms and wipe them clean<br />
2. Place all the remaining ingredients in the short cup of NuWave Twister and fit the cross<br />
blade. Pulse until almost smooth. Spoon mixture into the mushrooms.<br />
3. Bake in NuWave oven on 10cm rack, level 10 for 15mins.<br />
A colourful and delicious way to serve mushrooms on their own or as a side dish.<br />
