Sponsorship Levels
Sponsors will receive acknowledgments, benefits and entitlements
according to their level of sponsorship contribution. As at previous
ISTH Congresses, there are four levels of involvement:
Company Level of contribution
involvement excluding exhibition cost and tax
Platinum > USD $450,001
Gold USD $250,001 to USD $450,000
Silver USD $100,000 to USD $250,000
Bronze USD $45,0000 to USD $100,000
ISTH 2009 sponsors will receive acknowledgments
such as:
Acknowledgment slide with sponsors’ list at the Opening and
Closing Ceremonies
Recognition on sign boards displayed in the Registration
Area and at the entrance of the Exhibition Area
Complimentary ISTH 2009 delegate registrations (Platinum
15, Gold 10, Silver 5, Bronze 2)
Acknowledgment slide with sponsors’ list during breaks in the
ISTH 2009 Conference Rooms
Acknowledgment with sponsors’ list on the ISTH 2009
website
Use of ISTH 2009 logo for sponsor’s own promotional
purposes for official ISTH events
Delegate list with contact details prior to and immediately
after ISTH 2009
Acknowledgment with sponsors’ list in the ISTH 2009
Preliminary Program, Registration and Call for Abstracts
Brochure
Acknowledgment with sponsors’ list in the ISTH 2009 Final
Program
Membership on the ISTH 2009 Industry Liaison Committee
Complimentary invitations to the ISTH 2009 Presidential
Dinner (Platinum 4 and Gold 2 only)
