Noise
Exhibitors may not use audible electronic, mechanical apparatus,
or open audio systems which may be heard outside the exhibitor’s
assigned space. MCI Suisse SA, on behalf of ISTH and its
Organizers, reserves the right to require any exhibitor to
discontinue any activity that may cause annoyance or interference
with others.
Company / Product Profile
A complete listing of all exhibitors, including a 100-word entry
will be included in the Final Program and is distributed to all
attendees. An online submission system will be available to enter
your company / product profile.
Give-aways and Distribution of Printed Materials
Give-aways and printed material may only be distributed in the
space rented by the exhibitor in the exhibition hall, in hospitality
suites, or at special and satellite symposia. No such material may
be distributed in any hotel used by the meeting. Product
identification is permitted on give-aways. Contests, lotteries and
raffles are subject to approval by the Local Organizing Committee.

The acceptance of a product or service for exhibition does not in
any manner constitute an endorsement by ISTH or its Organizers.
Security and Insurance
ISTH and its Organizers will not be held responsible for any loss
or damage to exhibitors’ goods and exhibitors are reminded that
they should obtain their own insurance to cover for this.

Health and Safety at Work Regulations
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that its contractor,
employees, displays, and exhibits comply with the latest
legislation regarding Health and Safety at Work regulations.
Failure to Occupy Space
Exhibitors not occupying booth space by 8:00 PM on Saturday,
July 12, 2009, will forfeit their booth space without refund. The
space may be resold or used by the ISTH.
Cancellation of Booth Space
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to MCI Suisse SA (see
address page 2). The Exhibit Manager will record the official
cancellation date as the date of receipt of the exhibitor's written
notice of cancellation.
For Cancellations Made
After July 7, 2008
10% of the total cost of each item will be retained
From July 7, 2008 to December 8, 2008
30% of the total cost of each item will be retained
From December 9, 2008 to April 6, 2009
75% of the total cost of each item will be retained
From April 7, 2009
100% of the total cost of each item will be retained
All refund checks will be mailed in September 2009
regardless of cancellation date.
