In today’s telecom market both operators and customers are faced with many challenges
and seek multiple solutions for making cellular calls safely within the car environment. This
may be due to regulation forcing customers not to hold their cellphones while driving, the
cellular Operators desire to generate increased ARPU from existing customers and the fear
of electrical emissions within the car. All of these challenges and more lead to the need of
a better and smarter solution to communicate while driving.
Accel Telecom is proud to offer the first fixed CarfoneTM based on 3G technology. The
Accel CarfoneTM series is well designed; it increases in-car safety compared to all other
technologies offered in the market and includes multiple innovations by adding critical
services for the driver (navigation, media hub, WiFi and more).
All the mobile operators with experience of selling similar devices have increased ARPU from
existing customers and have found that churn is prevented compared to all other “in-car”
phone solutions (BT, headsets, zero install HFK, full install HFK etc) CP100 – 3G carphone,
with UMTS data, echo-free voice, J2ME, aGPS, 2.8” anti-glare & heat resistant TFT LCD.
Accel CarfonesTM are based on Qulacomm proven 3G technology and chipsets, have been
tested to meet electrical, environmental and safety standards for the car environment,
provide excellent capabilities for voice calls and the additional features.
Our Offering
Operators that have deployed CarfonesTM have shown increased ARPU from existing
customers as they tend to speak more from their cars due to the simplicity of this solution and
its ease of use. They have also found less churn from car-phone customers. The CarfoneTM
