The new High Tech Industry Association (formerly Israel Venture<br />

Association) is pleased to invite you to our Annual <strong>Conference</strong><br />

2010, which will unite all facets of the Israeli Hi Tech ecosystem<br />

under one roof - Startup companies, Investors, Venture Capital Firms,<br />

Entrepreneurs, International Technological Companies and other<br />

It is an indisputable fact that the State of Israel plays a major role<br />

in the global technological industry and for many years Israel has<br />

been highlighted for its groundbreaking innovation. In 2010, The<br />

Hi-Tech Industry Association will gather to present and discuss how<br />

technology innovation is transformed into business innovation.<br />

Topic highlights will include business models, new markets and<br />

geographies, major technology trends, financial markets, and more.<br />

The conference will bring together industry leaders from Israel<br />

and around the globe. Through presentations from internationally<br />

renowned keynote speakers and roundtable discussions, the Business<br />

Innovation <strong>Conference</strong> will examine the endless possibilities of<br />

revolutionary thought.<br />

We expect over 2000 attendees, about 25% of the audience arriving<br />

from outside Israel. We are also delighted to offer conference guests<br />

great networking and business meetings facilities during the 2 days of<br />

the event.<br />

The conference will take place on June 7th-9th, 2010 in the<br />

International Jerusalem Convention Center. This year, our partners at<br />

the Jerusalem Municipality, the Mayor’s Office and The Jerusalem<br />

Development Authority, will offer conference guests a variety<br />

of cultural and tourist events in the center of Israel’s Capital<br />

City - blending first rate business and pleasure aspects into one<br />

THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE<br />

Since 2002, High Tech Industry Association (Formerly the IVA) has<br />

held an annual conference to unite all the major players and leading<br />

technologies of the Israeli Venture capital industry. The significance<br />

of this event has grown throughout the years and has become<br />

synonymous with a unique opportunity to forecast the future as<br />

participants embrace the ability to thrive on the challenges and risks<br />

inherent in the technological industry.<br />

On average, 1,500 people have taken part in this significant event<br />

and enjoyed a specialized program that addressed critical issues.<br />

In addition to panel discussions, keynote addresses, and startup<br />

presentations, the conference hosted one of the largest startup<br />

exhibitions each year, culminating in a startup competition for the<br />

most promising Israeli startups.<br />
