Elmedical offers practical and better solutions for two unmet urological diseases: non-muscle invasive
bladder cancer (NMIBC) and chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS). In both diseases,
other emerging thermal treatments already showed proof of concept and resulted in multiple procedures
for each patient over the years. NMIBC and CP/CPPS are treated successfully by the company's office-based
system (compact console and disposable catheters), which is approved in Europe and Israel as a urological
thermal treatment platform. Elmedical's innovative solutions in these diseases offer superior clinical results
and better economics.
In the future, the company's platform plans to cover two more unmet urological diseases: overactive bladder
(OAB) and interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS). In addition, Elmedical is aiming for its "hot

Elmedical's proprietary non-ablative high temperature innovative technologies UniThermia and DuoThermia,
covered by issued and pending patents, have clear and unique advantages over the other emerging thermal
treatments in NMIBC and CP/CPPS.
The company's BWT (Bladder Wall Thermochemotherapy) treats NMIBC with uniform hyperthermia
(UniThermia) all over the bladder with a high flow of a heated chemotherapy solution. The BWT powerful
heat-chemotherapy synergy is very effective and has practically no adverse events.
DuoThermia provides simultaneous thermal treatments to the prostate (by a heated balloon) and bladder
(by a heated saline circulation) to treat CP/CPPS where it prevails, the prostate and bladder, with dedicated
heat sources and the other pelvic organs with the heated blood perfusion.
