considered to be located so as<br />
to be an integral part of the<br />
town centre. The town centre<br />
boundary is focused on retail<br />
provision and the vitality and<br />
viability of the town centre.<br />
Some amendments to the<br />
frontages have been made.<br />
Secondary frontages have a<br />
retail focus, whereas their are<br />
lots of restaurants along this<br />
section of Upper Street and it<br />
is not considered that the<br />
secondary frontages<br />
designation would be<br />
appropriate.<br />
