Direction of Travel policy resists loss of
HMOs. Submission version clarifies that the
loss of good quality HMOs will be resisted.
The supporting text provides further
information about what is considered good
quality. Need is not referred to given that
Density is addressed by the London Plan.
Affordable housing is addressed by the Core
Strategy though there is a policy on
affordable rented accommodation in the
Submission version. There is a policy on mix
of units.
Student accommodation is addressed within
the Core Strategy. The Submission version
of DM Policies does provide further detail.
