Nabil is a partner at the award-winning Middle East & <strong>Islamic</strong> finance<br />
practice group of King & Spalding, working from the Dubai and affiliated<br />
Riyadh offices. His experience includes work in the areas of banking<br />
and finance, Shariah compliant funds, private equity, international<br />
investments and <strong>Islamic</strong> finance issues. Nabil is especially recognized<br />
for his knowledge of the law of Saudi Arabia and the UAE and his<br />
development of innovative fund and investment structures for use in<br />
Saudi Arabia.<br />
He received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School<br />
and a Graduate Certificate in <strong>Islamic</strong> & Middle Eastern Law from the<br />
University of Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree,<br />
magna cum laude, from the University of California at San Diego,<br />
where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.<br />
