Workshop PG5 Welcome System requirements Your PC: • SVGA or higher resolution monitor • Pentium 150MHz processor or better • 32MB of RAM or better • 30 MB free hard-disk space • Additional 5 MB free hard-disk space for HMI Editor • CD-ROM drive • Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device • TCP/IP Protocol installed for Online connections • TAPI 2.0 for modem connection • Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.5 for HMI Editor and/or for Symbol Import/Export from/to Excel. MDAC 2.5 is automatically installed by the HMI Editor Setup or can be installed by running d:\pg5\mdac_typ.exe (assuming that d: is your CD-ROM drive) For Windows 98 Users: DCOM98 needs to be installed before installing MDAC 2.5. Run d:\pg5\dcom98.exe to install (assuming that d: is your CD-ROM drive) Supported operating systems: • Windows 95 B or higher • Windows 98 Second Edition • Windows NT 4.0 SP5 or higher • Windows 2000 Professional • Windows Me © Saia-Burgess Controls Ltd.
