8.4 Online configurator
The “Online configurator” let’s you set the most important parameters while
your online with the PCD.
You’ll need this
tool if:
• If you want to update the firmware.
• Your PCD came to a halt and you want to read the history in order to see
the cause of the halt
• You want to set the clock in the PCD.
• You want to set a password
• Set the serial ports
Calling the main
window:
Provided the PCD is properly connected to the PC via a PCD8.K111 cable,
and the PCD is switched on, double click on the 'Online Configurator' in the
program manager, under “Tools”:
