Prepare the symbols:
First we will establish a list with all the elements we are going to use in the
SymbolEditor. Enter the elements as shown in the picture below.
Edit the program
code:
Next load the counter (named: PulseCounter) with the constant 3 (named: Number_of_pulses).
To do so we take the “Load counter” FBox from the “Graftec family”).
Remember, do not take counters or timers from the other families. They are
designed to run in a cyclic program only.
How to program
a Transition:
A transition is repeated endlessly until the “End of Tansition” is active. In transition
number 0 we will wait inside the transition until the “Start_3_pulses” input goes high.
Open the Transition 0 and add this Fupla program:
