Workshop PG5 Exercise Chapter 4
In the symbol list, highlight each symbol and drag and drop them in the columns on
the sides of the program page. Left side or column is for inputs and the right side is
for outputs.
You should now have a display that matches the one above.
Now we can draw the connections. Click on the Line Mode Icon
This will activate a black dot on the page. You can move this dot to the starting
point of your connection, click the left mouse button one time, this will paste the
beginning point. Move the mouse to the next point where you want to make a connection
or change direction. Click left mouse button. (note: you can only move horizontally
or vertically). Follow this format until you get to the final destination of the
connection. Double click the left mouse button and the connection is complete.
Follow this format until all the connections are complete. Your display should be
similar to the one below.
