Section 4 <strong>User</strong> Help Reference<br />
The <strong>CombiFlash</strong> Torrent module includes <strong>User</strong> Help topics<br />
that are available from the PeakTrak touchscreen or remote<br />
browser window. This section contains many of these topics<br />
that describe the PeakTrak interface and its use.<br />
On-line Software Help benefits from linked text to navigate<br />
through topics of interest—a feature not available in printed<br />
manuals. For your convenience, linked text is displayed in<br />
SMALL CAPITALIZED TEXT, followed by the section number in<br />
brackets. Some topics are only available in the on-line help<br />
format.<br />
4.1 PeakTrak Overview<br />
PeakTrak is the control software for Teledyne <strong>Isco</strong>’s<br />
<strong>CombiFlash</strong> Torrent module. This overview provides a<br />
description of:<br />
•The PEAKTRAK WINDOW ELEMENTS [4.1.1]<br />
•The METHOD FILE [4.1.2]<br />
•The RUN FILE [4.1.3]<br />
•HOW TO GET PEAKTRAK HELP [4.1.4]<br />
4.1.1 PeakTrak Window Elements<br />
The MAIN WINDOW [4.3.1] displays the current METHOD FILE<br />
[4.1.2]. From this window you can access many of PeakTrak’s<br />
features, view the module status, and view or edit the method<br />
file settings. The elements of the main window are the:<br />
• Menu — The topmost item in the window is the<br />
PEAKTRAK MENU OPTIONS [4.2] from which you can<br />
access all of PeakTrak’s features.<br />
