Follow the on-screen instructions for entering the address and<br />
queue information. After successfully printing a test page, the<br />
network printer will be available for printing using the<br />
FILE>PRINT… [4.2.1.12] menu command and the<br />
AUTOMATICALLY PRINT REPORT AT END OF RUN feature.<br />
The Network printing controls may also be configured to print<br />
to a local USB printer connected the system’s back panel USB<br />
port. The printer must support postscript printing. To<br />
configure the local printer, select Postscript for the Printer<br />
Type. Then, type the following connection URL:<br />
“usb:/dev/usb/lp0”.<br />
Network File Save Configuration When configured, this feature<br />
allows the module to access a network directory from which it<br />
can save run files as PDF, text, or run monitor. To enable this<br />
feature, select a file type to be saved and enter the remaining<br />
settings necessary for network access. Your network<br />
administrator will be able to provide the required settings.<br />
NOTE: All server and domain names must be fully qualified.<br />
That is, entries must include the full name (server<br />
name.domain.domain…). Use forward slashes (/), not back<br />
slashes, when entering the network share path.<br />
4.3.10.3 <strong>User</strong> Preferences<br />
Language Select the language for PeakTrak.<br />
Automatically Print Report at End of Run If this option is<br />
enabled, the module will print a completed run report using<br />
the NETWORK PRINTING feature.<br />
Beeper If enabled, the Torrent module will sound an alert<br />
whenever user intervention is required during a run.<br />
Default Run Units Run units are displayed along the X-axis of<br />
the chromatogram. Select “Time, Minutes” or COLUMN<br />
VOLUMES [ON-LINE] (CV) run units to be displayed on program<br />
settings and chromatogram displays.<br />
Enable Run Length Extension When enabled, this option<br />
automatically extends the run if a peak is eluting at the end of<br />
