Compliance Statements Teledyne Isco One Year Limited Warranty * for the following products: Teledyne Isco On-line Wastewater Process Analyzers Teledyne Isco SFX 3560 Extractor Teledyne Isco 6100CR VOC Sampler Teledyne Isco provides a limited one year (365 day) warranty against failure due to faulty parts or workmanship, beginning on their shipping date or from the date of installation by an authorized Teledyne Isco Service Engineer, as may be appropriate. Repairs, replacements, and labor will be provided at no charge to the customer throughout the warranty period. Teledyne Isco’s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement, at Teledyne Isco’s sole discretion. After 90 days, expenses for Service Engineer travel and accomodation are the customer’s responsibility. Failure of expendable items (e.g., seals, filters, tubing, glassware), or from normal wear, accident, misuse, corrosion, or lack of proper maintenance, is not covered. Teledyne Isco assumes no liability for any consequential damages. Teledyne Isco specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Customers in other countries should contact their Teledyne Isco dealer for warranty service.
