Section 3 Single & Multiple Independent Pump Operation<br />
3. Press number 6, VALVE. The number for the selected valve<br />
type will be blinking.<br />
4. Press the number 1, 2 or 3 key to select a desired option<br />
and the number 1, 2, 3 will blink indicating which valve<br />
type is selected.<br />
5. To exit this menu, press the softkey D, PREVIOUS, to<br />
return to the main menu.<br />
3.4 Second Menu The Second Menu gives you access to various functions. Access<br />
the Second Menu by pressing softkey A, MORE, two times.<br />

3.4.1 Second Menu Menu<br />
Options<br />
POOR FILL – In the constant pressure mode, this feature<br />
allows you to set a fill point as a percentage of pump volume. If<br />
this volume percentage is not reached after a refill and re-pressurization,<br />
the system sounds an alarm and stops the pump.<br />
DIAGNOSTIC MENU – Displays an additional menu containing<br />
testing options<br />
LCD TEST<br />
This feature will cycle the display. Press any key to<br />
stop test.<br />
ANALOG INPUT<br />
This feature will display all the analog input signals on<br />
the display.<br />
MEMORY TEST – This feature will test the memory<br />
for errors.<br />
KEYPAD TEST – This feature will test the keypad.<br />
Press “EXIT” to exit.<br />
MOTOR CONTROL/LIMITS – This feature will test the<br />
digital position control system. Press 1, 2, 3 for the<br />
pump wanted for test. Press “UP 100” to move the<br />
pump’s cylinder up 100 counts. Press “DOWN 100” to<br />
move the pump’s cylinder down 100 counts. Press<br />
“EXIT” to exit this function.<br />
SERIAL TEST – This feature will test the serial<br />
channel. Once this feature is active the software will<br />
serial send “*******SERIAL TEST XXXX*********”<br />
through the serial port. The “REC.” message will show<br />
any serial input characters on the display.<br />
PRESS. CALIBRATION – This feature is used for calibration<br />
only. If an incorrect number is entered with this feature, the<br />
pumps will NOT display/run at the correct pressure. Press<br />
“CalA” (“Cal”, “CalC”) and enter the calibration number for the<br />
needed pump. Press “Prev” to exit this feature.<br />
