2A.2 Liquid System<br />

Connections<br />

The following section provides general information concerning<br />

syringe pumps, some tips about liquid connections, and information<br />

about tubing and tubing cutting procedures. The<br />

accessory package is also discussed.<br />

2A.2.1 Ports There are two ports in the pump cylinder cap. Either port can<br />

serve as the inlet or outlet. As shown in Figure 2A-1, you may<br />

plug one port and use a single port as both the inlet and outlet.<br />
