8.4.2 Dual Electric Valve<br />

Installation<br />

To install the electric valve package (refer to Figure 8-6):<br />

1. Position the valve bases 1.3 cm apart.<br />

2. Use the plugs to stopper the ports that will not be connected.<br />

COULD BE 700 BAR. PLEASE UTILIZE<br />

APPROPRIATE TUBING AND CONNECTIONS<br />

NOTED IN THE MANUAL.<br />

3. Loosely attach the tubing lengths from the valve assembly<br />

to the pumps.<br />

4. Allow the bracket to hang vertically and place the straps<br />

around the pressure transducer caps. Tighten the wingnuts.<br />

5. Install the four bracket panhead screws on the bottom of<br />

the bracket.<br />

6. Tighten the tubing nuts.<br />

7. Connect the inlet tube to the supply reservoir. Connect the<br />

outlet tee to your apparatus.<br />

8. Connect the DB-25 cable to the controller rear panel “SFX<br />

220/VALVES” connector (Figure 8-6).<br />
