Section 5 Maintenance<br />
Instead, measure the voltage by disconnecting the <strong>2150EX</strong><br />
module(s) from the 2191EX battery module and attaching a volt<br />
meter to the connector on top of the 2191EX. Check the battery<br />
packs individually, not as a pair.<br />
WARNING<br />
When using the above method to check voltage, use care<br />
not to short any pins.<br />
Battery Replacement<br />
Fuse Replacement<br />
Batteries should be replaced according to the instructions below.<br />
The batteries should be replaced with:<br />
• two new lithium battery packs<br />
(P/N 68-2000-022).<br />
The fuses should be replaced only with:<br />
• Littel fuse #216.315<br />
(P/N 411-0922-30)<br />
WARNING<br />
Substitution of components may impair intrinsic safety.<br />
WARNING<br />
To avoid overloading the fuses in the lithium LTC2191EX<br />
battery packs, disconnect the <strong>2150EX</strong> module(s) before<br />
installing or replacing battery packs.<br />

To install the lithium LTC2191EX battery packs, first disconnect<br />
the <strong>2150EX</strong> module(s) and then:<br />
1. Remove the battery door. To remove the door, turn it 1 /4 turn<br />
counter-clockwise and pull it from the Battery <strong>Module</strong>.<br />
