Site Window - 2100<br />

• DEFAULT Graph - graphs the data using the<br />

DEFAULT template.<br />

• Apply - Saves the modifications to the Site Window and<br />

updates the program settings in the connected<br />

instrument.<br />

• Cancel - clears any modifications that you have made in<br />

the current tab and reverts to previous instrument<br />

settings.<br />

Site Info - 2100<br />

Devices - 2100<br />

The Site Info tab of the 2100 Site window allows you to view and<br />

change the site’s name, location, date/time, GPS information, and<br />

other site-specific information.<br />

Site Name - displays the site name stored within the<br />

instrument. To change the site name, type in the new name and<br />

click the Apply button. Site names can be up to 37 characters<br />

long. Any character may be used in the site name except the<br />

following: \ / : * & ? " < > |<br />

Date/Time Box - displays the instrument’s and your computer’s<br />

time. These two times can be synchronized by pressing the<br />

“Synchronize Instrument’s Time To Computer’s” button. Use the<br />

Synchronize button with caution. Changing the time may affect<br />

the readings stored in the instrument’s memory partitions.<br />

Changing the time may cause readings to be overwritten, or<br />

“gaps” in readings may occur. It is recommended that you<br />

retrieve data from the instrument before synchronizing<br />

the time and date.<br />

GPS Information Box - Enter the Altitude, Latitude, and<br />

Longitude of the site location for system mapping and other<br />

geographical locating purposes.<br />

The Devices tab of the Site window displays the modules at the<br />

site.<br />

The box lists all of the attached modules at the site. Each module<br />

will report a:<br />

• Module Name - Identifies the module at the site.<br />

• Model Name - The type of module.<br />

• Model Number - <strong>Isco</strong> model number.<br />

• <strong>Software</strong> Version - Level of software installed.<br />

• Hardware Version - Level of hardware.<br />

You can name the individual modules with more meaningful<br />

labels. To do so, highlight the module and click the Change<br />

Module Name… button. Module names can be up to 37<br />

characters long. Any character may be used except the following:<br />

\ / : * & ? " < > |<br />

All of the information is read directly from the module. The<br />

Model Name, Model Number, and Hardware version cannot be<br />

modified - they are set at the factory. The software version can be<br />
