Continue adding contacts in this manner until you have<br />
completed the contact list for this group number.<br />
4. To set up another group, simply select another number<br />
from the pull down list and repeat steps 2 and 3 as<br />
before.<br />
To set up alarm notification:<br />
1. In the Alarm Generation box, select the time duration for<br />
“Alarm when a site has not reported in...”<br />
Note that this alarm is generated only once.<br />
2. Click the Select Site(s). In the dialogue that appears,<br />
select the sites to be monitored.<br />
Only sites with Alarm type SVR selected for the alarm in<br />
the site window will send conditional alarms to the<br />
server.<br />
3. Select a number between 1 and 10 from the pull down list<br />
for Alarm Notification Group.<br />
Note: record this number for use in the 2100 Site<br />
window’s Alarm Notification box.<br />
4. Click Save and <strong>Flowlink</strong> creates the Alarm notification.<br />
Note: Changes to the server alarms are reported in the Server<br />
Logs.<br />
Site Selection<br />
User Management<br />
Use the Select Sites window to choose sites. Click the check box<br />
for each site you wish to select. To quickly select all sites, choose<br />
the “Select All Sites” option.<br />
Click OK to save your site selections.<br />
The User Management tab of the Server Options window is used<br />
by a <strong>Flowlink</strong> Pro Administrator to set up and manage user<br />
accounts.<br />
To set up a user account:<br />
1. Open the <strong>Flowlink</strong> Server database using an<br />
administrator account.<br />
2. Click the Add button to start a new user account.<br />
3. Enter a user name. Special characters and spaces are not<br />
allowed in this field. An underscore (_) may be used as a<br />
space.<br />
4. Enter a password for the user. Please note:<br />
• You can enter a default password. The user will be<br />
able to choose a new password after logging into the<br />
database.<br />
• If a user forgets their password, an Administrator<br />
can enter a new password.<br />
5. Enter the user’s initials. These two characters are used<br />
in the Server Logs.<br />
6. Enter the Name of the user. Spaces are allowed in this<br />
field.<br />
