To open the ISCOLOG.TXT file, select Utilities>View Log from<br />
the menu.<br />

Server Alarms<br />
This window displays the Server Logs - a record of events for a<br />
server database. Most database changes and failed transactions<br />
are recorded in the Server Logs.<br />
To open the Server Logs, select Utilities>View Log from the<br />
menu.<br />
Reviewing the contents of the Log File will assist you in resolving<br />
problems with Alarm, Schedule, Database, and Device<br />
Connection operations. Unsuccessful operations include the word<br />
“Errors” at the end of the string.<br />
Entries in the Server Logs can be removed. To do so, highlight<br />
the entry and click the Delete button.<br />
Click the Close button to close the window. After closing the<br />
window you will have the opportunity to save the Server Logs as<br />
a text file. If you click Yes you will be able to choose a location<br />
and name the file.<br />
Selecting the Utilities>License menu command opens the<br />
<strong>Flowlink</strong> License Activation wizard. Use this wizard when you<br />
need to renew or upgrade your <strong>Flowlink</strong> license.<br />
The wizard will guide you through the steps to receive a license<br />
key that unlocks the software according to the version of<br />
<strong>Flowlink</strong> that was purchased.<br />
A valid serial number is required to license <strong>Flowlink</strong>.<br />
This menu command opens the Server Options window from<br />
which a <strong>Flowlink</strong> Pro Administrator can manage accounts. The<br />
Server Options window includes settings for user management<br />
and server alarms.<br />
<strong>Flowlink</strong> Pro Managers and Field Crew members may use the<br />
Server options to change their user password.<br />
The Server Alarms tab of the Server Options window is used to<br />
set up alarm notification if the <strong>Flowlink</strong> Server fails to receive<br />
pushed data from a site within a user-specified duration, or when<br />
a user-defined alarm condition is met. These server alarms are<br />
delivered as E-mail or SMS text messages.<br />
You may specify one to ten alarm notification groups. To specify<br />
an alarm notifiction group:<br />
1. In the Alarm Notification Groups box, select a number<br />
between 1 and 10 from the pull down list.<br />
2. Enter a contact name, Email address, and Email address<br />
for SMS text messaging.<br />
3. Click Add. The contact information appears in the<br />
window below, and the fields are cleared for your next<br />
entry.<br />
