Menu Commands<br />
File Print File>Print from the <strong>Flowlink</strong> menu or the button on the<br />
toolbar prints the graph or table that is currently active.<br />
<strong>Flowlink</strong> will use the print properties specified in the Print<br />
Setup.<br />
File Print Preview File>Print Preview from the <strong>Flowlink</strong> menu or the button on<br />
the toolbar lets you see how your graph or table will look when<br />
printed. You can zoom in/zoom out, browse through multiple<br />
pages, or close the preview. To print from the print preview<br />
screen, click the Print button.<br />

Item Commands<br />
File>Print Setup from the <strong>Flowlink</strong> menu opens a dialogue box<br />
where you specify printer settings for your installed printer. To<br />
modify printer settings, refer to your Windows and printer<br />
documentation.<br />
File>Exit on the <strong>Flowlink</strong> menu terminates the <strong>Flowlink</strong><br />
application. If necessary, <strong>Flowlink</strong> will prompt you to save any<br />
open items before it shuts down.<br />
Options on the Item menu are the same as those available when<br />
you right-click on an item in the workspace. The options are<br />
variable and will change according to the item that is active.<br />
Typically, the options include several of the choices below:<br />
• New: Creates a new Graph/Table, Schedule, or<br />
Scheduled Task according to which item or folder is<br />
highlighted in the workspace.<br />
• Open: Opens the highlighted item. It will appear on the<br />
<strong>Flowlink</strong> desktop.<br />
• Copy: Copies the highlighted graph or table.<br />
• Connect: Starts communications with the highlighted<br />
site.<br />
• Rename: Allows you to rename the item highlighted in<br />
the workspace.<br />
• Delete: Deletes the item highlighted in the workspace.<br />
Note: Delete permanently removes the information from<br />
your database. Deleting a folder removes the contents of<br />
the folder. Deleting a site also removes the data sets.<br />
• Schedule: Opens the Schedule Task window so you can<br />
automate a task.<br />
• Quick Graph: When a site is highlighted, this graphs<br />
the site data using a pre-defined graph template. When a<br />
data set is highlighted, this graphs the selected data<br />
using the default graph properties (Utilities>Options<br />
from the menu, then select the graph defaults tab).<br />
• Quick Graph with DEFAULT: This graphs the site<br />
data using the DEFAULT graph/table template located in<br />
the Graphs and Tables folder of the workspace.<br />
