SHORT HI STORY
The network was installed to monitor the seismicity in the area of the Wagon Wheel drill site, which has as its objective
the extraction of natural gas by use of explosives. The stations were telemetered through Boulder, Colo., and then to Las Vegas
until March 1974; the data obtained in Las Vegas were used in USGS Open-File Report 74-30, 1974, written by K. C. Bayer and
