SHORT HISTORY<br />

The station was established to study microseisms, using magnifications of as much 400 K. Continuous recordlngs were<br />

made until June 1970 when recordings became intermi ttent. The station was closed when " the property was purchased by the Seattle-<br />

Tacoma Airport.<br />
