TENDER NOTICE
1. Sealed quotations in two bids, Technical and commercial are invited by the
President Indian Navy Sports Control Board, on behalf of the Chief of the Naval
Staff, for procurement of Rowing, Kayaking and Canoeing boats with accessories for
an estimated amount of Rs. 2,19,01,500.00 (Rupees Two Crore Nineteen Lakhs One
Thousand Five Hundred only) for delivery at stipulated Naval stations / units with in
120 days of placing the supply order.
2. Detailed tender documents containing eligibility criteria for the parties to
respond, tender terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of Indian Navy
Sports Control Board at the above address, between 0930 to 1700 hrs on any
working day, from 01Oct 10 to 08 Nov 10 on payment of non-refundable amount of
Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by crossed demand draft drawn in favour of
The Secretary Indian Navy Sports Control Board New Delhi, payable at Delhi.
Along with Technical bids, the Tenderers are to deposit Rs. 6,57,045.00 (Rupees Six
lakhs Fifty Seven thousand Forty Five only) as Earnest Money, in the form of a
demand draft, issued by a nationalised bank in the favour of the Secretary, INSCB,
New Delhi. The tender document is also available on internet website
www.irfc-nausena.nic.in
3. The vendors who down load the Tender Enquiry from website are to deposit
non-refundable amount of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by crossed demand
draft drawn in favour of The Secretary Indian Navy Sports Control Board New Delhi,
along with Technical Bids.
4. The tenders should be dropped in the box kept near the reception at DAPSA
by 1500 h on 09 Nov 10. The Technical bids will be opened at 1530 h on 09 Nov
2010 in the office of the Secretary, Indian Navy Sports Control Board, 7 th Floor,
Chanakya Bhawan, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi 21. Tenders found incomplete or
received late will be rejected and no further correspondence on this matter will be
entertained. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without
assigning any reason thereof.
