Bylaws<br />
Article I. Organizational Structure – General Level<br />
State of Oklahoma.<br />
3) The Corporate Treasurer shall perform the duties of<br />
a Corporate Treasurer provided by the laws of the<br />
State of Oklahoma.<br />
5. The Authority and Duties of the Executive Committee<br />
a. The Executive Committee shall promote and<br />
coordinate the programs and ministries of the<br />
International Pentecostal Holiness <strong>Church</strong>.<br />
b. The Executive Committee shall meet only at the call or<br />
with the permission of the General Superintendent.<br />
c. The Executive Committee shall have at least four<br />
regular quarterly meetings per calendar year. The<br />
General Superintendent may schedule additional called<br />
meetings as necessary.<br />
d. Minutes of all meetings of the Executive Committee<br />
shall be provided to the members of the Council of<br />
Bishops. Summary reports of Executive Committee<br />
and Council of Bishops meetings shall be provided to<br />
the members of the Ministries Cabinet.<br />
e. The agenda for the General Conference shall be<br />
prepared by the Executive Committee to be presented<br />
to the General Conference for adoption.<br />
f. The Executive Committee shall recommend the<br />
members of General-level councils and General<br />
Conference committees, subject to the approval of the<br />
Council of Bishops. In recommending council and<br />
committee members, the demographic makeup of the<br />
International Pentecostal Holiness <strong>Church</strong> shall be<br />
considered.<br />
g. The Executive Committee shall recommend the<br />
creation of any new board or committee on the General<br />
level subject to the approval of the Council of Bishops.<br />
h. The Executive Committee shall recommend the<br />
