Bylaws<br />
Article I. Organizational Structure – General Level<br />
h. The Council of Bishops shall establish the corporate<br />
structure of the <strong>IPHC</strong> Financial Services.<br />
i. The Council of Bishops shall provide for and maintain<br />
an online database of briefs of legal cases and court<br />
rulings affecting the International Pentecostal Holiness<br />
<strong>Church</strong>. This limited-access database shall serve as a<br />
resource for Conferences and churches facing legal<br />
action.<br />
j. If it becomes necessary or beneficial to create,<br />
transfer, or discontinue a ministry/department between<br />
sessions of General Conference, the Executive<br />
Committee of the Council of Bishops shall present the<br />
recommendation to the Council of Bishops. After<br />
consultation with the Finance Committee, a two-thirds<br />
majority vote of the Council of Bishops shall be<br />
required for approval.<br />
k. The Council of Bishops shall consider for approval the<br />
chief executive officer of Falcon Children’s Home<br />
recommended by the Falcon Children’s Home Board<br />
and the Executive Committee of the Council of<br />
Bishops.<br />
l. The Council of Bishops shall determine the date and<br />
location of General Conference.<br />
m. The Council of Bishops shall address appeals<br />
regarding determinations of the General Conference<br />
Delegate Certification Committee. Such appeals shall<br />
be submitted in writing to the Council of Bishops. The<br />
decision of the Council of Bishops shall be final.<br />
n. The Council of Bishops shall serve as the board of<br />
trustees for all real property of the International<br />
Pentecostal Holiness <strong>Church</strong>, Inc. Real property shall<br />
be acquired or disposed of only after approval of two<br />
thirds of the Council of Bishops.<br />
o. The Council of Bishops shall establish the<br />
requirements and qualifications that must be met for all<br />
clergy credentials.<br />
