Article III. Organizational Structure – Local <strong>Church</strong>es<br />

but not limited to, the Articles of Faith,<br />

Covenant of Commitment, and Bylaws.<br />

d) The group consists of an adequate number of<br />

spiritually qualified members to fill the offices of<br />

the local church called for in its bylaws.<br />

e) The group enters into the appropriate Transfer<br />

Membership Agreement with the Conference.<br />

f) The Conference Executive Council has<br />

approved the group’s application and the<br />

organizational structure of the group.<br />

c. A Member <strong>Church</strong> may create satellite congregations<br />

that shall be under the supervision of the mother<br />

church’s Senior Pastor. Satellite congregations shall<br />

have the same membership status and category as<br />

their mother church.<br />

2. As an Affiliate <strong>Church</strong><br />

The Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> status is designed to provide an<br />

entrance for non-<strong>IPHC</strong> churches and groups to become<br />

acquainted with the <strong>IPHC</strong> and its ministries.<br />

a. An Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> is connected with the International<br />

Pentecostal Holiness <strong>Church</strong> for the purpose of<br />

training, networking, ministry participation, and<br />

exploring full membership status with the <strong>IPHC</strong>.<br />

b. The leadership of the Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> must enter into<br />

the appropriate Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> Agreement with the<br />

Conference. This agreement is valid for a two-year<br />

period, and may be renewed with the mutual consent<br />

of the Conference Executive Council and the local<br />

church leadership.<br />

c. The senior pastor must become an <strong>IPHC</strong>-credentialed<br />

minister of the Conference with which he and the<br />

church are associating.<br />

d. Affiliate <strong>Church</strong>es have no voice or vote in <strong>IPHC</strong><br />
