Overview The Conference is the mid-level organizational unit of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. 1. A Conference will consist of any or all of the following components: a. A Conference Ministry Center as its central office b. Elected/appointed leaders and staff c. Credentialed clergy d. Member Churches e. Networks of churches (groups of Member Churches that have a cooperative relationship with one another in addition to their membership in the Conference) f. Other organizations g.
