Bylaws<br />
Article I. Organizational Structure – General Level<br />
a) The Evangelism USA Ministries Division<br />
Council shall govern and direct the<br />
ministries/departments of the Evangelism USA<br />
Ministries Division.<br />
b) The Evangelism USA Division Council shall<br />
have the authority to create new districts of the<br />
Evangelism USA Conference from new groups<br />
of churches. If the establishment of a new<br />
district involves the transfer of a church from an<br />
existing Conference or district to the new<br />
district, the provisions of Article I, Section D,<br />
paragraph 5.y. shall apply.<br />
c) The Evangelism USA Ministries Division<br />
Council shall approve the appointment of all<br />
director-level employees in the Evangelism<br />
USA Ministries Division upon recommendation<br />
by the Executive Director of Evangelism USA<br />
Ministries.<br />
b. The Evangelism USA Ministries Division of the Global<br />
Ministry Center shall consist of the following<br />
departments/ministries:<br />
1) Chaplains Ministries<br />
a) Chaplains Ministries is governed by the<br />
Chaplains Ministries Board.<br />
(1) The Chaplains Ministries Board shall<br />
consist of at least the following members:<br />
(a) Executive Director of Evangelism USA<br />
or his appointee, chairman<br />
(b) Director of Chaplains Ministries<br />
(c) One (1) Senior Pastor<br />
(d) One (1) full-time institutional chaplain<br />
(e) Two (2) active-duty military chaplains<br />
