Brief Introduction: (1-3 sentence description of job)
As a Serviceman’s Center Director with Ministry to the Military, we will be
overseeing a viable Interdenominational Pentecostal “Church” called a Serviceman’s
Center. We will minister to the needs of families serving at a US Military base as well as
the local Nationals. Our goal is to minister to the saved and reach the lost.
I. Goals
A. Short range (3 months to 1 year)
1. Find accommodations, familiarize myself with the area and the people
that live there, cultural and language immersion.
2. Pastor and grow the off base church by meeting military families on
base and immersing myself in the immediate community surrounding the church.
3. During the first year we will be meeting the indigenous peoples and
finding out what the needs are in the community, helping us to determine how best to
minister to them.
B. Long range (full term)
1. Establish church service for peoples on the base that want to attend a
Pentecostal Church and reach the surrounding community for Christ.
2. Establish outreach ministries (food pantry, clothing, basic needs being
met) using area merchants as well as opportunities at the base to help.
3. Make disciples that can plant cell groups and plant future Churches.

1. Pastor and grew a church.
2. Caring for the needs of the members of the church and their families.
3. Learn the cultural and language immersion.
4. Disciple, especially the people that are from the community in order to use
them when starting a church for the community.
III. Line of authority (person missionary is amenable to, and anyone he/she is
responsible for).
