Greenhouse in Kenya People to People is continually looking for innovative ways of sharing Christ to individuals, churches, and communities. One such project that People to People has seen come to past is the building of a greenhouse for the Victorious Children’s Home in Eldoret, Kenya. We recently received word from Kevin and Summer Sneed that the Greenhouse is up and running as well as the starter houses and they are now seeing the first of their crops begin to grow. Microbusiness in Turkey In May <strong>2013</strong>, People to People Ministries responded to a request by Bob Cave to start a business in Ankara Turkey. People to People has given a microbusiness grant of $7,000 to purchase an Ice cream machine which will be lease to a local store. The profits of the business will be reinvested into future microbusinesses and into the ongoing ministry to this Muslim nation. Page 50
Water Well in Hyderabad, India In May <strong>2013</strong>, People to People sent $2,000 to Hyderabad, India to drill a deep water well on the property of the Donald Ashram School. This water well will service the school as well as the Indian National offices. Water Well in Indonesia A Water Well Project has now been completed in Karanggedang, Indonesia. This project included a drilled well, water tank, pump and generator. An additional water well project is also needed in Indonesia. The following is from Yusak Ferry our PTP director in Indonesia.
