their driver will be there shortly. Look for the Embassy Suites
vehicle outside baggage claim.
Parking is complimentary.
Unless otherwise noted, our meetings will be in the Embassy
Suites Hotel, Pre Convene Meeting Room (located on the main
floor, to the right off the lobby area).
There will be free Wi-Fi in the meeting room and your hotel
