JOB DESCRIPTION for: Cheryl James

Brief Introduction: (1-3 sentence description of job)
Cheryl will be working primarily with Praise Center our IPHC Affiliate. Her major
focus will be with Filipino congregations. This will include all activities of church
life. Cheryl will also be available to work with IPHC church plants and activities.
I. Goals
A. Short range (3 months to 1 year)
1. Establish long-term housing.
2. Reintegrate into the culture of the Filipino congregations.
3. Establish a clear weekly ministry and work schedule.
B. Long range (full term)
1. Cheryl will be in full service to the congregation she will serve.
2. She will also be participating into planting new groups and
congregations.
II.
Duties (list specific responsibilities)
1. Ministry Administration of calendars and events.
2. Leading bible studies, worship and preaching.
3. Teach Selected courses at the Bible School
III.
Line of authority (person missionary is amenable to, and anyone
he/she is responsible for).
Her direct line of accountability will be to Bert Phagan and Bill Schwartz.
In addition to the Regional Director (Harold Presely).
