6. TIME AND PLACE OF THE TOURNAMENT
The World Police Volleyball Championship will take place from 03.05.2012 to 06.05.2012
in town Zlotow district Wielkopolska. Volleyball matches will be played in Recreation and
Training Center in Zlotow.

10. BRIEFING
Briefing for managers is planned on 3 rd of May at 16:30 hrs. Opening Ceremony is planned
on 3 rd of May at 18:00 hrs. Integration meeting will take place after the Opening Ceremony
at “Lesna Chata” resort in Jastrowie, Jeziorna Street.

11. PARTICIPANTS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
A. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
- 10 players (maximum),
- manager,
- coach.
B. Only IPA members or police officers are allowed to take part in this tournament
C. Competitors should have:
- Personal ID required
- Valid examination required
D. Basic insurance is provided by the organizers. Accident insurance shall be covered by participants.

13. GAMES SYSTEM
Stage I – Group
• Matches are planned according to the following split
a. Group A ( A1, A2, A3, A4 ),
b. Group B ( B1, B2, B3, B4 ),
c. Group C ( C1, C2, C3, C4 ),
d. Group D (D1, D2, D3, D4 ),
Game after another, up two won sets (excluding final match). Schedule brakes take 10 minute

15. CHAMPIONSHIP CLASSIFICATION:
• The best three teams will be awarded by medals, caps, diplomas and additional gifts
• All the teams will receive the diplomas
• Personal gifts and cups will given to best players and libero
• The cups for the oldest and youngest participant
• The cup for most miscellaneous player
16. FINAL AGREEMENTS
The right of interpreting the final agreements included in the above regulations as well as
making controversial decisions is restricted for the main referee.
