IVU: Integration of cloud technologies within passenger<br />
information systems<br />
With the latest products from its IVU.suite the Berlin software firm<br />
IVU Traffic Technologies AG is providing integrated solutions for<br />
transport companies. They extend from planning and supply to operational<br />
management, ticketing and passenger information, as well<br />
as transport contract accounting.<br />
All the products are based on current<br />
VDV standards and can be integrated<br />
with a wide range of different<br />
system environments. The<br />
use of cloud computing and the<br />
development of cross-border concepts<br />
are two of the major current<br />
trends. The integration of such<br />

Very precise coil winding technology<br />
The Korean company J&D Electronics specialises in products for<br />
regulating and measuring electrical components in the rail sector,<br />
and for obtaining readings of rail track current. For these applications<br />
this exhibitor supplies split-core transformers for monitoring<br />
and energy management system, Rogowski coils and very precise<br />
current and voltage transformers. The exhibits at <strong>InnoTrans</strong> 2012<br />
include new current transformers. The iSAST OPEN RCT JRF series<br />
is notable for its very precise coil winding technology and offers<br />
precision and quality in the low and high voltage ranges. This<br />
produces improvements in particular with regard to conductor positioning<br />
and the influence of external magnetic fields on energy<br />
meters and other metering systems. The iSAST OPEN CT Low VA<br />
CT series is designed to be very robust. This series of products reduces<br />
faults in the low voltage range as well as the faults that occur<br />
as a result of external vibration and shaking.<br />
