Fiber-to-the-Office Business Gateway
The Business Gateway Innbox F68 is a technically sophisticated and cost-efficient VoIP business gateway,
Fiber-to-the-Office (FTTO) gateway and business class wireless access point in a single networking device,
while preserving past investments in analog telephones, faxes and traditional POS terminals. It is used for the
secure VPN connection of small and medium branch offices to an IP network, over electrical Ethernet, optical
Ethernet (E-P2P) or optionally 3G as well.
By integrating unique intelligent defection prevention and self-healing functions the use of Innbox F68
significantly reduces the CAPEX and OPEX of the operator and has an important impact on improved end-user
experience.

The Business Gateway Innbox
F68 gives further possibilities of
user interfaces, such as
wireless access point for
wireless data connectivity, and
DECT base station for cordless phone communication. Additionally, USB, eSATA, SD card reader interfaces are used to
boost usage of the Business Gateway.
Various wireless access point support can be chosen, from basic single band to multi-band concurrent variant, which can
generate professional wireless access point even for purpose of offloading mobile data traffic from 3G networks.
By using very simple and low cost UPS adapter advanced lifeline service can be provided in case of local power-supply
interruptions. The Innbox F68 lifeline functionality can support both, data and telephony service.
One of the most differentiated values for the user of the device is its very low power consumption which is 50% lower
than limits defined by EU Code of Conduct on Energy Consumption of Broadband Equipment. This can bring significant
OPEX savings as well to environmentally focused user.
