M series load positioners
Safety retraction system
prevents violent retraction in
case of a sudden release
or loss of load.
Air chamber and piston form the heart of the unit. Air entering the
chamber pushes the piston to rotate the spool, wind the cable and lift
the load. Exhausting air lower the load. Regulating this flow
balances the load, creating Zero Gravity float. With proven up
to 3000 lifting cycles per day air balancer is better than any hoist.
Anti-friction ball screw creates
smooth rotation path for the cable reel.
Optional down-stop (Z-stop) is
a patent pending device that
will eliminate the down drift of
suspended loads or tools when
the air supply is shut-off. It will
stop load drift within 152 mm and
lock mechanically balancer,
preventing damage of objects below
the suspended load.

Two Position Sensor (2PS) is a “EA” control built into rotary action handlers
(up to 45,5 kg capacity). Load is clamped when part is sensed. Clamping turns
the unit to compensate full load and allow moving it freely. For safety reasons,
to unclamp the load and turn the unit to balance empty hook instantaneous

activation of two pushbuttons is required.
Two Position Sensor “2PS”, common in rotary action handlers, is similar to
“EA” control. In first position it compensates the weight of an empty grip (min.
5kg). When “load is sensed” and “grip is clamped” it compensates weight of
both grip and a standard load and allows to move them freely. Unclamping
shall not be allowed before the load is safely positioned
Specification at 690 kPa. Use clean, non-lubricated air. Recommended working load with ZA control is 10-80% of maximum (10-60% with BA & EA control).
Recommended working load does also depend on the application and the air pressure available.
