S4000 combi steam oven functions<br />
S4000 combi steam oven is a top-class product of excellent performances<br />
<strong>and</strong> great flexibility. It can be considered as a gastronomic oven thanks to<br />
a sophisticated technology deriving from professional solutions. Unlike other<br />
products on the market, steam is not complementary to particular recipes, but<br />
a complete device ensuring excellent results for all dishes: meat, vegetables,<br />
cakes <strong>and</strong> all leavened precuts.<br />
Inside S4000 combi oven, steam is generated in a special boiler that spreads<br />
already saturated steam within the chamber ensuring perfect, tasty cooking<br />
at low temperatures. Moreover, unlike what happens in other products, in<br />
which steam is generated directly by water on resistance, the food is never<br />
in direct contact with water, thus avoiding the loss of important nutrients.<br />
