approval of the Berlin Institut für Bautechnik [Building
Technology Institute], our fast operating deep-freeze door

Letters and seals confirm
things that we take for granted.
Standards establish the bare minimum requirements.
There’s nothing special about adhering to them. What counts is to go beyond them.
No doubt about it – cool it is fully certified in terms of
DIN EN ISO 9001 – and has been ever since 1994.
All automatic doors are subjected to a TÜV 1
prototype
test, and carry the GS mark.
The products live up to EU directives and the hygienic
requirements of the Alimentarius code, the Foodstuffs

. But what distinguishes cool it from other firms
is its instinct for the coming thing. So cool it was one of
the first companies to switch its production over to
environmentally friendly, CFC-free, water-driven
polyurethane foam.

Individually customised
cool it delivers whatever the customer asks for: insulation thicknesses that are adapted to the context of use,
tubular track and standard conveyance passages, lock solutions. Even exceptionally wide or high passages
present no problem to the CE sliding door.
Safety
cool it combines ease of operation with the highest safety standards.
The automatic sliding doors are subjected to a TÜV 4 prototype test, and carry the GS mark.

Fire protection doors for chillrooms and freezers
Unique design
cool it was the first manufacturer ever to develop a combined fire protection and insulation door,
which as a T90 door has been awarded the seal of approval of the Berlin Institut für Bautechnik
[Institute for Building Technology].
This puts a stop to slipshod compromises based on expensive and unpractical tandem solutions.
Two for the price of one
cool it’s T90 doors combine effective insulation with a high degree of resistance to fire (90 minutes)
and live up to the highest standards of hygiene, as required by the food industry.
No limit to what can be done
Hinged door or sliding door, automatic or manually operated, operating in low temperature conditions
or on the warm side, with a wide range of surfaces – cool it’s T90 doors live up to any expectations.
The multifunctional door for production rooms that carries a T30 certificate may also be incorporated
in fire protection panels.
