TAZ <strong>Series</strong><br />
Extended Range – 63V COTS-Plus<br />
The TAZ part has fully molded, compliant<br />
leadframe construction designed for use in<br />
applications utilizing solder (Reflow, Wave or<br />
Vapor Phase), conductive adhesive or thermal<br />
compression bonding techniques. Each chip is<br />
marked with polarity, capacitance code and rated<br />
voltage. The 63 volt rated parts are ideal for<br />
avionic output power supply filtering. Many<br />
systems utilize a 28 volt bus and this new rating<br />
surpasses the recommended<br />
50% derating for optimized reliability in these<br />
applications. The series has Weibull “B” level<br />
and all surge options (“A”, “B” & “C) available.<br />
There are four termination finishes available:<br />
solder plated, fused solder plated, hot solder<br />
dipped and gold plated (These are “H”, “K”, “C”<br />
and “B” termination respectively per MIL-PRF-<br />
55365).<br />
